Subcontracting coordination (electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting, etc.)

3G Griffiths Building lists subcontracting coordination for electrical, plumbing, roofing, painting and other related work. The business also documents lifelong relationships with local subcontractors for electrical, plumbing, glazing and more. This service is relevant when a building project needs several trades to work in a planned sequence and the homeowner wants one building company to discuss the overall job with.

The company is a family-owned building and construction business based in Halswell, Christchurch. Robin Griffiths started in the industry over 40 years ago. His sons JP and Matt joined after leaving school, became qualified builders and worked under Griff's guidance. All three Griffiths boys are documented as qualified builders with more than 65 years of combined experience, and JP is LBP certified.

Coordination is part of the wider service range, which includes new house builds, carpentry, outdoor living, fences and gates, driveways, carports and garages, bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations and minor repairs and maintenance. The published overview describes work from minor repairs to full house builds and says no job is too big or too small. The exact trades and scope for a project should be confirmed during consultation.

The documented process starts with understanding the job and preparing a clear, no-obligation quote. Planning and coordination follow, then building and project management, handover and aftercare. Contact 3G Griffiths Building to discuss subcontractor coordination in Christchurch and surrounding Canterbury areas.
